Offering
We offer personalised 1-1 coaching sessions tailored to your unique needs. Each session runs for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
The focus of each session is collaborative, driven by your choice of topic and the unique practice areas of your chosen Practitioner.
Sessions can be accessed online, with some Practitioners also offering in-person sessions.
You are very welcome to book in to see more than one Practitioner depending on the subjects you wish to explore.

However, it is Pele’s ability to connect, engage, communicate, and encourage which truly sets him apart. Andrew has years of professional experience partnering with leaders and their teams–he has worked with the likes of the Australian Defence Force and QUT’s School of Business, to many more organisations–from SMEs to large corporations, in a wide variety of industries. Andrew is exceptionally well placed to powerfully impact you and help you in your leadership journey.
Andrew has also personally been in leadership roles within the community for over 25 years. He therefore brings a wealth of education, extensive expertise, and lived experience, to walk alongside you to understand and unlock your unique leadership shape and style, and to guide you into confidence for your leadership and personal journey ahead.
