The Leadership Clinic was established with the heart of people in mind. We believe that true leadership starts with a deep understanding of oneself. Our mission is to provide a supportive and insightful space for you to share your burdens and explore your most probing questions about your career, leadership, and personal growth.
We take a unique, collaborative approach in our confidential sessions. This isn’t just a conversation; it’s a collaborative exploration. We guide you through practical paradigms and help you construct powerful, personalised strategies and mindsets. Our goal is to help you process the past, live fully in the present, and step into the future with fresh hope and clear direction.

A Legacy of Empowering Leaders
Our story begins in 2012 with a vision from our founder, Andrew Stone. He identified a critical need for a proactive space where leaders could find genuine clarity, both personally and professionally. This idea was the seed that grew within a dynamic, cross-disciplinary team dedicated to holistic business and leadership solutions, under the name Stone Creative Group.
As our commitment to innovative leadership development deepened, a unique initiative was born: in 2023, SCG Leadership Clinic was launched with the aim to provide powerful 1-on-1 coaching to individuals outside of a traditional organisational context. Designed with the heart of people in mind, we created a place where anyone seeking to grow in leadership and life could connect with an experienced leadership Practitioner.
The impact was immediate. In 2025, to better serve our clients, The Leadership Clinic or ‘TLC’, proudly embraced its own independent identity. This allows us to fully focus–at an individual level–on what has always been our guiding mission: leading leaders into clarity. We are so thrilled to do this through personalised, impactful, and transformative 1-1 coaching.
